Onboard your employees the right way
While work online / remote work you should follow all standard procedures and guidelines for improvement. Same like other things you need to introduce your new employees and onboard them on projects and things; you are working on that or have plan to execute in future. Do you know when you onboard new employee that means they can start working with you on that project within few days but if you don’t onboard them and didn’t share details that means he/she will take months long time to understand about your project through meetings and through documentation. As we found most of the people didn’t get details even in offices because no one onboard them on joining and they try to explore things at their end. Most of the offices environment not much support so such employee unable to get basic details from their teams and at the end they leave offices or without any productive work offices don’t hire them for long time. Most of the employees are professional and have enough skills to perform when they are on board and offices give them space to work with them.
So, it is recommended to share details and onboard new joiners so that they can contribute and help you while doing work – but when you don’t share details that means it’s not possible for new joiners to involve in project as well they will not be able to deliver anything without proper onboard. Either it’s work from home or office based jobs should onboard new employees so that they can understand things at start and explore much more opportunities for your organization.

Personal development and team development is most important while work from home / remote work. For personal growth and for team growth you should support your team as well manage time for yourself so that you can polish yourself and learn new and useful things for personal development and for team development. Most of the professionals not much take care about these things and with the passage of time they face multiple issues / problems as they are unable to deliver work / assignments as per demand just because of technical skills. So, it’s right time to start learning so that you can deliver best things tomorrow.

Do you know most of the problems solved based on positive team discussion – as most of the time we are unable to understand that some sort of task’s owner and the way to design and develop that particular. Obviously someone form team do that but we are unable to find out the right solution because multiple people work on that and no one accept to deliver / design and develop alone. Always try to develop first thing in life and that should be communication and collaboration policy so that everyone can connect with seniors and team and get the right information on time without wasting time and efforts. Keep work fun while doing work from home
That’s not matter in which field you are doing work – whatever your field is must enjoy while working because without interest it’s not possible for us to deliver right things in and without passion we can’t deliver best efforts. Always try to enjoy while work from home because it’s much difficult and challenging as compare to office based jobs. Because every decision will be yours while work from home and there are very few physical resources those help you to learn and to deliver.
For personal improvement and for team improvement you should love your work so that all times you are ready for that and to improve personal life. It’s much difficult for most of the people but without understand and without enjoying work it become much difficult for us to improve and for development.

Even we found multiple people those start work from home but they are unable to design their schedule and just because of that they face multiple problems in family life.
